No overclaiming
We do not hold SOC 2, HIPAA or ISO certification, and we do not claim otherwise.
We are happy to walk through our actual practices, subprocessors and data flows on a call, and to answer a security questionnaire directly. Employers and brokers do not see individual health data.

- Account details, the health and activity data a person chooses to record or sync, and app usage data needed to run the service.
- Where it is stored
- In managed cloud infrastructure in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Who can see it
- The individual, and Trinity Wellness staff only where access is needed to operate or support the service.
- Deletion
- Any user or organization can request deletion by email; data is removed from production systems within 30 days.

Trinity Wellness LLC is a Maryland registered LLC and the company behind Renova Wellness. We are founder-led and small by design.
That means the person who builds the program is the person you talk to. There is no account-management layer between you and the product, and changes you ask for are decided in a conversation rather than a roadmap queue.
